Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — when you create an account, used for authentication only.
• UK dress size and budget preference — saved to your profile if you choose to provide them, used to personalise search results.
• Search queries — the text you type into the search box. We store the query text only; we do not collect any personally identifiable information inferred from your searches.
• Product clicks — which product you clicked and when (product ID and timestamp). We do not store which external retailer page you visited after clicking.

Why we collect it

We collect this data solely to provide personalised fashion search results. Search queries and clicks are used to improve the relevance of future results. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Search queries and click events: 90 days, then automatically deleted.
• Account data (email, size, budget): retained until you delete your account.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@ffion.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Data processors

We use the following third-party services to operate Fashion Search:

• Supabase — user authentication and session management.
• AWS eu-west-2 — hosting and database infrastructure. All data is stored within the EU (Ireland/London regions).
• PostHog — anonymous product analytics (page views, feature usage). PostHog does not receive your email address or search queries.

Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement and processes your data only as instructed by us.

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies: a session identifier for anonymous users (no personal data, expires after 1 year) and authentication cookies set by Supabase (expire with your session). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
